Resumania 2013

The main goal of Resumania 2013 event was to assist the undergraduate and master’s students from iSchool and LC Smith College of Engineering by critiquing and helping in improving their resumes before the all-important campus career fair. Volunteers to critique the resumes included 2nd year master's students from the iSchool and LC Smith College of Engineering. All the volunteers underwent a training given by iSchool’s Career Services. Most of the volunteers who critiqued the resumes interned from some of the top consulting, banking and technology companies. This event also saw Nanhi Kali partner up with Women InTechnology (iSchool) and Chinese Students and Scholars Association (iBranch) to assist with the marketing and logistics. Donations for the event were on voluntary basis. Resumania 2013 had 77 participants and was able to raise $174. 30 volunteers helped Nanhi Kali with registration and resume critiquing responsibilities. The event was held at the Level 1 lobby at iSchool for a period of 3 days. All participants received coupons from Boba-Suite and Dunkin Donuts.
