Diwali 2013

Celebrate the festival of lights - DIWALI with The Nanhi Kali - Syracuse Chapter AND SU South Asian Students Association!! Diwali as we all know has been one of the most prominent festivals in India and is celebrated by various groups across a number of cultures. So in 2013, for the second time, we brought a night of FREE FOOD, MUSIC, CARDS, DANCING, DANCE and SINGING PERFORMANCES BY OUR VERY OWN Graduate student groups and Syracuse Orange Bhangra. Religious prayers were offered. There were various fun activities such as henna tattoo, tambola, DJ and loads of dancing. Exciting prizes were distributed. Guests were content with the Authentic Indian cuisines. 5 Dance Performances including performances by Syracuse University graduate students and Syracuse Bhangra Group There was one Karaoke singing performance by a graduate student.

the event location.
